She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallis Brooks and Helen Brooks; and her siblings, Fred, Audrey and Frank.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip E. Perrigo; her children, Scott B. Perrigo (Deborah Lynch) of Seymour, Sandra L. Cutter (James) of St. Augustine, FL and Lynne A. Perrigo of Westport; her granddaughters, Julia Slaydon, Sarah Cutter, Alice Perrigo and Brook Perrigo; and her great grandchild Emma Slaydon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
