He is survived by: his wife Joan Whitaker Tomas; his siblings, Joseph Tomas (Mary Lou), Andrew Tomas (Mary Ellen) and Dorothy Tomas; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Tomas and James Whitaker (Sandra); and his friends, Barbara and Frank Philip. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
