He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kisser and Pauline Kisser (Bilo); and his sister Agnes Bohn. He is survived by: his children, David Kisser of Southington, CT and Lynn Kisser of Nokomis, FL; and his brother Milton Kisser of Bristol, CT.
