She was predeceased by: her parents, Czeslaw Dzierlatka and Stefania Dzierlatka (Bryska); her former husband Alex "Jack" Oja; her siblings, Czeslawa, Teresa Dzierlatka, Regina Nosek, Krystyna Dobrzynski, Edward, Czeslaw, Kazimierz, Roman Dzierlatka and Wieslaw Dzierlatka (Wesley); her sister-in-law Palma Dzierlatka (Scalo); and her mother-in-law Sophie Kucharski.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Withington (Christopher); her granddaughter Amelia; her sons, Gregory Kucharski (Charlotte) and Jeffrey Hartshorn; her granddaughter Emma; her brothers, Stefan and Zdzislaw Dzierlatka; her sisters-in-law, Mariola, Ania and Halina Dzierlatka; her cousin Czeslaw Dzierlatka (Krystyna); her former husband Gregory Kucharski (Beverly); her sister-in-law Joanna Cronkhite (Richard); and her adoreds, Yorkie and Lily. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
