Walter Stomsky Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2021, at the age of 81, Walter Stomsky of Southington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Charland and Anna Charland; and his sister Mary Stomsky. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Stomsky (Curtis); his sons, Alan Stomsky (Dawn) of Southington and Jeff Stomsky (Amy) of Newington; his grandchildren, Lee, Ava, Matthew and Adam Stomsky; and his sisters, Patricia Hirtle (Robert) of Wethersfield and Janet Vitkus (Edward McCorkindale III) of Wilbraham, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Walt's memory may be made to the Samaritan's Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607-3000 which is a Christian aid organization that provides people in physical need as a key part of Christian missionary work.
