He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Hushak (Stephens); his parents, Walter Hushak and Wanda Hushak (Stack); his son Mark; and his brothers, Eugene and Chester.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Murphy (Hushak) and Dana Hushak of Grand Rapids, Michigan.; his grandchildren, Stephen, Alex, Hailey Kearney (Hushak) and Madison; and his brother Donald Hushak of North Haven.
