Virginia S. Desautels Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia S. Desautels of Southington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden VanGorder and Dorothy VanGorder (Putney); her sister Carol Gosselin; and her nephew Brian Goralski. She is survived by: her siblings, Lee Cole of Plantsville, Deanna Tino of Plainville and William VanGorder (Peggy) of Southington; her nieces, Debbie Cole, Candy Fischer, Sandra VanDeusen (Dwight), Cathy Goralski and Carrie Calandra (Gabe); her nephew John Cole (Tara); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maggie, Andrew, Kyle, Jessica, Emily, Oliver, Kathryn, Ava, Molly and Sean; her friends, Scott and LeAnn Greenlaw; and also Sydney.
