She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kowalczyk and Jennie Kowalczyk (Wastafski); and her sister Diane Matukaitus. She is survived by: her husband Conrad; her children, Robert Lewandowski (Sarah) of Stonington, David Lewandowski (Jodi) of Farmington and Laurie Swanson (Don) of Westerly, RI; her grandchildren, Eric Swanson (Jenna), Ellie Hart (Neal), Mia, Marina and Misha Lewandowski; her brothers, Robert Kowalczyk of Southington and Richard Kowalczyk of Plainville; and her brother-in-law Tony Matukaitus of Southington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
