She was predeceased by: her father Stanislaw Biernacki. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Biernacka (Lasek) of Poland; her daughter Agnieszka Gawel of Southington; her siblings, Teresa Tuminski of Rocky Hill, Celina Pelszyk and Wincenty Biernacki; and her granddaughter Zuzanna Gawel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
