She is survived by: her parents, Giulio Simone and Rosemarie Mastrianni; her husband Jeffrey Levesque; her son Ryan Wackelin; her stepchildren, Lacee Mueller and Spencer Levesque; her grandson Blake Mueller of Southington; her stepmother June Simone; and her sister Jeana Simone. She is also survived by nephew, nieces and great-nephew/nieces.
