It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald J. Hardy of Southington, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 5, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Hardy and Fleda Hardy (Thomas); and his siblings, Bill, Marilyn, Barbara and Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann (Taylor); his children, Ron Hardy (Kim) of Wallingford, Ray Hardy (Kristin) of Southington and Rachel Popadic (Mark); his grandchildren, Kate, Ray, David, Helen, Bella and Shep; and his brothers, Jim Hardy (Evy) and Bob Hardy of Newtown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (243 Laning St, Southington, CT 06489).
