It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Rittner of Southington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rittner and Helen Rittner (Michaelis). He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Rittner of Ashford and Philip Rittner of New Britain; his grandchildren, Nicholas Andrew, Ava Charlotte and Amelia Violette; his aunt Ruth E. Rittner of Southington; and his former wife Heidi Pickett of Southington.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to the Roaring Brook Nature Center, 70 Gracey Rd, Canton, CT 06019.
