He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth M. Judd and Frieda Judd (Springer); and his brothers, Ronald Judd and Kenneth Judd. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Passarelli, Kimberly Howland, Richard Judd Jr. and Eric Judd; his siblings, Duane Judd and Claudia Bell of Southington; and his former wife Janet Judd. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
