With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Bruce Atkins of Southington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 14, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. Atkins and Caroline M. Atkins (Sichler); and his brother F. Thomas Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Atkins (Korzynski); and his siblings, Harley Atkins (Gloria) of Port Orange, FL, Barry Atkins (Chris) of Casco, ME and Valerie Bossie (Thomas) of New Portland, ME. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rich's memory may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
