He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexford Forsyth and Ellen Forsyth (Roberts); and his former wife Mary A. Forsyth (Woods). He is survived by: his wife Diana Forsyth (Bates) of Southington; his children, Karen Therrien (David) of Wolcott, Keith Forsyth (Gail), Mark Forsyth of Southington and Todd Forsyth; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Devon Thomas, Ashley, Elizabeth, Nicole Forsyth, Kaitlyn Saleutogi, Erin Forsyth, Emily and Sam Forsyth. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
