Rachel Hoffman Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Hoffman (Southington, Connecticut), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bowman and Ella Bowman (Busse). She is survived by: her husband Sanders "Sandy" Hoffman; her children, Jennifer Kazakewich (Michael) of Milford, CT and Jonathan Hoffman (Karessa) of Maple Grove, MN; her grandchildren, Anna, Andrew Kazakewich, Emmalyn and Kasen Hoffman; and her sisters, Jeanette Podbielski (Gary) of Houston, TX and Clarann Smith (Sam) of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the current health concerns as a result of the Coronavirus, a celebration of Rachel's life will be planned at a future date.
