She was predeceased by: her daughter Crystine Marie Kolpak. She is survived by: her pet Koukla; her son Douglas J. Kolpak (Jennifer); her sister Joanna Wishart (William) of Harwich, MA.; her grandchildren, Jack, Eleni and Hunter Kolpak; her nephews, Gregory and Jack Wishart; and her caregivers, Renata and Monica. She is also survived by several great-nephews and nieces and many cousins.
