Patricia Hughes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Hughes (Southington, Connecticut), born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on March 16, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her close friend Roxanne; her sister Brenda; her cousin Riff; her parents, Sandra Hughes and Bernard Hughes; her brother Bernard Hughes Jr.; her cousins, Jerry, Liz Sullivan, Ralph, Colleen Sullivan, Jared Sullivan, Merri-Ella Greenberg (Charles), Karla Hughes Kelley and Amy Smith; and also, Roxanne Kilpatrick, John and Michael. She is also survived by cousins, friends.

For nearly 10 years Pat also chaired the Maine Literacy Connections Conference for the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy.
