We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020, at the age of 31, Neil A. Picone (Southington, Connecticut), born in New Britain, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Aniello, Francesca Picone and Antonio Testa. He is survived by: his parents, Peter Picone and Giovanna Picone (Testa); his brother Anthony Picone of Southington; his grandmother Gilda Testa; his aunts and uncles, Dr. Joseph (Carmelina Picone), Mario Picone, Aniello Picone, Angelo (Maria Picone), Mark (Tina Testa) and Mike (Carmela Kisner); and his cousins, Dr. Aniello, Lauren Picone, Joey, Carolann Picone, Francesca Picone, Francesco Picone, Michael Picone, Daniel Picone, Pace Picone, Eros Picone, Annabella Picone, Tony Testa, Jerry Testa, Gillian Testa, John Luke Testa, Mark Anthony Testa and Eric Kisner.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Thomas Cemetery due Covid-19 pandemic rules in Connecticut.
