He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie; his son Carson Helms of Philadelphia, PA.; his pets, Parker, Brady, Izzy, Gunner and Oaklee; his parents, Joseph LaPorte and Dolores LaPorte; his mother-in-law Carol D'Agostino; and his brother-in-law James Palumbo of Southington, CT.. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews as well as countless friends.
