She is survived by: her children, Robert Kowalczyk of Southington, Jim Kowalczyk of Bristol, Mary Petruzzi (Michael) of Plantsville and Eva Verrilli (Anthony) of Southington; her grandchildren, Robert Kowalczyk, John Kowalczyk, Carleen Small (Paul), Marc Kowalczyk (Lindsey), Joe Petruzzi (Kennedy), Jacob Petruzzi and Victoria Verrilli; her great grandchildren, Laila, Sophia, Aaron and Avery; and her sisters, Nancy Goodrich of Southington and Katherine Meccariello (Gennaro) of Southington.
