He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Campochiaro, Jr. and Dale Pac (Raymond); his grandson Baby Callan; and his sister-in-law Linda Campochiaro. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Carpenter (Chadwick) of Southington, Mark Campochiaro (Nicole) of Southington and Adam Campochiaro (Krystal) of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Chadwick Jr., Camden, Brooklynn and Aiden; his brothers, Ralph Campochiaro III of Southington and James Campochiaro (Jean) of Southington; his daughter Kimberly Mastromarino of Southington; and also Dale Pac (Stanley) of Southington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
