Maria left this world on November 17, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Michele Testa; her parents, Leonida DiGiacomo and Raffaela DiGiacomo (Galietti); her son Giuseppe; and her siblings, Giuseppe, Guido, Elena and Addolorata.
She is survived by: her son Mark Testa (Diane); her grandchildren, Jessica Tysoe (Cory) and Michael Testa; her siblings, Antonio and Angelina of Italy; and her caregiver Antoinette Cherident.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home (211 N Main St, Southington, CT 06489). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Saint Thomas Cemetery (342 Meriden Ave, Southington, CT 06489).
