He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Ressler and Jean Ressler (Marsden). He is survived by: his brothers, R. Thomas Ressler (Del) of Olathe, KS and Jon W. Ressler (Nanette Bergamo); his nephew Ryan Ressler (Amanda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emmett, Thatcher and Jeremy Ressler (Liz); his friends, Andy and Marcia Silva of Southington; and also, Josie, Maddox, Alison (Justin) and Andrea (Sean).
