Leatrice A. Porter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leatrice A. Porter of Southington, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Gioia and Nancy Foffa (Lagana); her grandson Ian James Lawrence; and her brother Richard Gioia (Buzzy). She is survived by: her husband Sterling A. Porter, Jr.; her children, Nancy Brennan (Mike) of Wolcott, Margaret Kalivas (Gus) of Oxford, Joann Herms (Chris) of Southington, Sterling Porter III (Katy) of Plainville and Kelly Laone (Dan) of Southington; and her sister Janet Greaves (Rodney) of Southington. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
