Cotter Jr. (Southington, Connecticut), born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence M. Cotter Sr. and Patricia (Beckman); his daughter Sara Cotter (Patrick Kellaher) of Hamden; his sisters, Kathy Clauss (Glen) of Plymouth and Maureen Vannest (Joseph Simone) of Bristol; and his pet Bodhi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many friends.
