He is survived by: his parents, William England and Kathy England; his girlfriend Casey Folkman; his aunts, Margaret Boch of Southington and Sharyn Maher of Guilford; his cousins, Sara and Justin; and his sisters, Maggie Dandrea, Savannah Boch and Sandy Minkiewicz.
