He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Artur and Cecelia Carlson (Kasper); and his siblings, Cecelia Carlson and Carl Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Carlson (Pratt); his children, Stacey Carlson (Reggie Green) of New Hampshire and Nels David Carlson of Plantsville; his sisters, Karren Piatek (Joseph) of Marlborough, Kris McMahon of Tennessee and Cathy Bakula (Joe) of Tennessee; and his siblings-in-law, David Potts of Plantsville and Stacey Kershaw (Hawk) of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
