She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Sullivan and Laura Sullivan (Morency); her husband James McHugh; her former husband John Krawitz; her son-in-law James Root; and her brother-in-law Fran Tanguay.
She is survived by: her sister Vivian Tanguay (Sullivan) of New Jersey; her children, Nancy K. Root and Daniel Krawitz (Deborah) of Cheshire, CT; her grandchildren, Joshua Root (Melissa) of Terryville, CT, Seth Root (Kira) of Chicago, IL and Katherine Krawitz-Buettner (Justin) of Wolcott, CT.; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Root, Devyn Root and Silas Root. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
