He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alexander and Erial Alexander; his brothers, Benny, James, Ross, Ulysses, Tom and Marvin; and also Freddie Mae Barnes.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Alexander; his children, Anthony Alexander, Jaquelin Margaret Estelle (Kenneth), Mary Williams (Jonathan), Corey Alexander (Juanita), Juma Alexander (Courtney), Jabari Alexander, Jearim Alexander, Jahdeil Alexander, Jasper Alexander, Jacinth Alexander and Jabin Alexander; and also Willlie "Frank" Alexander (Emma). He is also survived by grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Due to the current pandemic and limited seating, walk-through visitation is encouraged. Masks and social distancing precautions are required.
