It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan A. Lucas-Fenn of Southington, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lucas and Mary Lucas (Ariale). She is survived by: her children, Mary Rossi-Dorau (David) of Southington, Laura Barrow (Dana), Kenneth Rossi (Michele), David Rossi (Gayle) of Southington and John "Jack" Rossi (Anna Paula); her grandchildren, Dominic, Benjamin, Jonathan, Jesse, Sienna and Brianna; and her pet Angelique.
