He was predeceased by: his father Milton Otis; his former wife Carol Otis; his son Gregory Otis; and his brother Bruce Otis. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Otis (Connaughton); his children, Brian Otis (Gail) of Tolland, Scott Otis of Southington, Douglas Otis (Robin) of Wethersfield and Katharine Otis of Torrington; his grandchildren, Colin, Kiley, Jack and Allison; and his siblings, David Otis (Joy), Frank Otis, Linda Keener (Henry), Susan Killam (Gary), Laurie Otis and Pamela Ivone (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
