He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kalamajka and Margaret Kalamajka (Hunter); his grandson Jack; and his sisters, Mary and Kathy.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kalamajka (Wilson); his children, Jason Kalamajka, Scott Kalamajka (Kelly) and Kristin Kalamajka (Michael); his grandchildren, Kayla, Pierce, Carter and Ronin; his siblings, Helen, Carol, Larry and Joseph; and his sister-in-law Lori White (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
