Garland of Southington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Garland and Gloria Garland (Trautner). He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Partelow (Glenn) of Palm Coast, FL, Sharon Nadeau (Larry) of Southington and Jody Finland (Edward) of Bristol; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Michelle, Laura Nadeau, Jennifer and Michael Finland.
