He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis (McAllister). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Amalfa (Timothy) of Middletown; his granddaughters, Skye of Middletown and Morgan Amalfa of Middletown; his sister Sally Repec (Joseph) of Stuart, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Dawn Mencio (Raymond) of Wolcott and Sandra Membrino of Wolcott. He is also survived by his family and friends.
