He was predeceased by: his nephew Dominic Hamm. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Hamm and Ann Hamm (Kroll); his daughters, Julia and Jozie; his brother Erik; his aunts and uncles, George, Michael, Carol and Dorothy; his cousin Tracy; his niece Skye Hamm; and his great-niece Kaira Brown.
