Menard of Southington, Connecticut, born in Hardwick, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 90, on January 10, 2023. He was predeceased by: his father George Menard; his wife Marge (McKay); and his siblings, John Menard, Denise Bushey, Marthe Valcour, Arthur Menard, Armand Menard, Leo Menard and Guy Menard.

He is survived by: his children, Sandra Snow (David) of Plantsville, Jean Dorrell (Gregory) of Brookfield, Arthur Menard (Gloria) of Clarendon, VT, Ivan Menard (Darlene) of Bristol, Gary Menard (Marzanna) of Southington, Wayne Menard (Tina) of Prospect and Ronnie Menard (Margaret) of Southington; his grandchildren, Ryan Snow (Jennifer), Jennifer Noss (Jonathan), Kristen Dorrell Hill (Andrew), Linda Young (William), Michael Menard (Michelle), Edward Menard Cheryl (Stephanie), Alex Menard, Andrew Menard and James Menard; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Oscar, Zoe, Edith, Emily and Evan; his siblings, Marcelle Houde, Cecile Valcour, Marie Yaeger, Lionel Menard and Therese Ferguson (John); and his sister-in-law Audrey "Jean" McKay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
