She was predeceased by: her parents, Juzef Cap and Maryanna Cap (Branczko); and her siblings, Stanley Cap, Josephine Pryzybyszewski, Helen Kalinowski, Mary Ashworth and Florence Swirski.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Garuti; her sons, Ronald Garuti (Libby) of New Hartford and Raymond R. Garuti (Naomi "Bunny") of Middlefield; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Jeffrey, Jamie, Beth, Dave and Stephen. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
