She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Baldwin and William H. Shay, Jr.. She is survived by: her pet Gracie; her siblings, William H. Shay III and Pam Guglielmino of Cheshire, CT.; and her aunts and uncles, Paul B. Shay, Sr. (Robin), Ellen McKenzie (Howard), Sally Johnson (Ray), Rick Shay and Kathy Sitar (Paul). She is also survived by cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in her name, may be made to Saint Peter's Episcopal Church.
