He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mailhot and Marie Mailhot (Conti); and his close friend Mike Bakaysa. He is survived by: his wife Joann Mailhot (Mallia); his children, Michelle Holt (Glenn), Susan White and Carin Roybal (Thomas); his siblings, Virginia "Ginger" Lastrina, Rene Mailhot, Kim Mailhot and Kip Mailhot; and his grandchildren, Lia Roybal, Taylor Begun and Ashley Holt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
