We bid farewell to Helen Meleski of Southington, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 23, 2024 at the age of 88. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Kuczynski and Walter Kuczynski; her spouse Zigmunt "Jim" Meleski; her son Dr. Stephen Meleski; and her siblings, Joseph, Walter, Edward Kuczynski and Ann Berek.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Lee (John) of Southington; her grandchildren, Andrew Lee of Southington, Alyssa Franzen (Patrick) of Bellingham, WA, Leah Meleski of Bellingham, WA, Kyle Meleski (Christina) of Litchfield and Kara Meleski of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchildren, Quincy, Finley, Madelyn and Dominic; and her daughter-in-law Amy Tittarelli-Meleski of Berlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home (211 N Main St, Southington, CT 06489). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mary Our Queen Church (248 Savage St, Plantsville, CT 06479).
