It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hannah Mary Weir of Southington, Connecticut, born in Farmington, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 21, on January 15, 2021. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Patrick Weir. She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Weir and Margaret Weir (Dunleavy) of Southington; her pet Bella; her brothers, John Weir (Elizabeth Wojtko) of Lansdale, PA, Daniel Weir of New York, NY and Matthew Weir of Southington; and her grandparents, Thomas, Patricia Dunleavy of Oxford and Eileen Weir of Poughquag, NY. She is also survived by six uncles, six aunts, 23 cousins and numerous friends.

Due to Covid-19 seating at church is limited.
