He was predeceased by: his parents, Llewellyn McGibbon and Ella McGibbon (Mank); and his brothers, Llewellyn McGibbon Jr., Robert McGibbon, Richard McGibbon and Lawrence McGibbon.
He is survived by: his children, George McGibbon, Tari Collins, Donald McGibbon, Michael McGibbon, Brian McGibbon, James McGibbon, Beth Gagnon and John McGibbon. He is also survived by his grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchild.
Due to the current pandemic, a memorial service to celebrate George's life will be held at a later date.
