He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel V. Page and Cassandra Isabel Page (Hoyle); his son Andrew Page; and his brothers, Robert and Daniel Page.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Page (Machia); his daughter Cynthia Page of Southington; his grandchildren, Elysse, Duncan and Dannon Page; and his daughter-in-law Deborah Page of Andover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
