He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his brother Brian (Mary) of England; his nephew Richard (Susan Marie); his niece Susan-Katy; his brother Robert; his nephew David (Sonia); his great-nieces, Chelsea and Camden; and his friends, Susan and Peter Wnek.
