We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 86, Francis A. Manning of Southington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis R. Manning and Laverne Manning Rossberg (Kindelan). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Manning (Whitman); his children, Tracy A. Murphy (William Gerace) of Avon and Terence Manning (Dana) of Middlebury; his sister Justine Quinn; and his grandchildren, Shane Murphy of Philadelphia, PA, Katharine Manning of New Haven and James Manning of Quincey, MA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
