It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Erwin Lackner of Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lackner and Maria Lackner (Mantel); and his sisters, Erna Lackner and Edith Jurkowitsch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lackner (Sporrer); his daughters, Donna Robayo (Alex) of Wyckoff, NJ, Doreen Murray of Plantsville and Michelle Briglia (Jason) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Brandon, Stephen Murray, Alexandra, Juliana, Gabriella Robayo, Lauren, Anthony and Nicholas Briglia; and his brother Joseph Lackner of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd., Southington on Saturday December 19th, at 10:00 am, with COVID restrictions. Burial at St. Thomas Cemetery will be private.
