He was predeceased by: his parents, Philias and Jeanne. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Blanchard (Woods); his daughters, Lisa Olson (Jim) of Southington and Michelle Garay (John) of Orange; his grandchildren, Lars, Erik Olson, Ashleigh Rivera and Ariana Garay; and his brothers, Paul Blanchard (Carol) of Plainville and Jeannot Blanchard of Bristol.

Due to the current health concerns surrounding COVID-19, a memorial service will be announced and held at the later date.

Donations in Donald's memory may be made to St. Dominic's Church, 1050 Flanders Rd., Southington, CT 06489.
