She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Witkowski; and her son Nicholas Witkowski. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Harton (Michael Harton); her grandchildren, Jacob Harton (Ashley Velleco), Taylor Harton (Christopher Thomas) and Teddy Harton; her son Joseph Witkowski (Bruce Paul Reik); her sister Janice Sullivan (Bob Sullivan); her niece Sarah Sullivan Thompson (Dave Thompson); her daughter-in-law Rachael Witkowski; her grandson Seamus Witkowski; her niece Ande-Lin Furst (Eric Furst); and her pet Charlie.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Casimir Church (17 Allen St, Terryville, CT 06786).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that mourners make a donation to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, a cause that was very important to Diane.
