Creely of Southington, CT; her children, Jessica Warwick (Michael), Nicholas Creely (Gio), Michael Creely (Audrey), Janelle Creely, Joella Reid (Rocky) and Jarrett Creely (Kayla); her grandchildren, Faith, John, Noah, Lexi, Jordyn, James, Justin, Jacks, Nicholas and August; and her brother Kirk D. Taylor.
